PRINCE2 7 is a globally-recognized project management method with over a million professionals in 200 countries certified after passing the scenario-based examination.

The PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is awarded based on a candidate’s ability to apply their knowledge of PRINCE2 to a realistic scenario.

The examination format requires learners to demonstrate their understanding through the ability to engage with the scenario and provide a rationale for their responses.

Tried and tested for 25 years, PRINCE2 has been continually developed and refined through consultation with project management professionals to reflect their real-life experiences. It helps organizations to understand how to incorporate the principles, practices, and processes of PRINCE2 into their projects. It also provides a common language that unites the project team with other stakeholders, regardless of language and geographical location.

Licensed trainers and consultants, Accredited training organizations (ATOs) offer PRINCE2 7 training courses for all the certification levels or you can self-study.

PeopleCert is the IP owner of the Global Best Practice portfolio and administers the exams.

PRINCE2 7: Foundation and Practitioner are the two main levels of the PRINCE2 7 project management certification scheme.

At the end of this course, you should be able to:

  • demonstrate a wider appreciation of PRINCE2 skills and know-how, and apply this in a realistic context
  • tailor best practice in response to different project circumstances
  • efficiently navigate the PRINCE2 7 Official Book
  • analyse scenarios and assess what courses of action would be effective and appropriate in accordance with PRINCE2 best practice
  • begin to apply PRINCE2 method to your own projects
  • complete the PRINCE2 Practitioner examination.

The course is exam-focused and draws heavily on practical activities to prepare you for the examination.

Лабораторна среда (Lab Environment):

Всеки курсист разполага със собствена лаб среда, където се провеждат упражненията, част от курса. Не е необходимо да инсталирате софтуер на компютър или специални изисквания за хардуер.

Участниците в присъствен формат в Учебния ни център разполагат с индивидуален компютър по време на обучението.

  • 2 работни дни (09:00 – 17:00)

или

  • 16 уч.ч. обучение (теория и практика) в извънработно време с продължителност 2 седмици
  • събота и неделя 10:00 – 14:00, 14:00 – 18:00, 18:00 – 22:00
  • понеделник и сряда 19:00 – 23:00
  • вторник и четвъртък 19:00 – 23:00

Плащане (Payments):

Заявка за издаване на фактура се приема към момента на записването на съответния курс.

Фактура се издава в рамките на 7 дни от потвърждаване на плащането.
